Rule 102 Amendments to the Family Procedure Rules 2010
In rule 32.25—
(a)
in the heading and in paragraph (1) for “a county court” substitute “the family court”; and
(b)
in paragraph (5)(b), for “a judge, but not a district judge” substitute “the court”.
