Rule 107 Amendments to the Family Procedure Rules 2010

In rule 34.3—

(a)

in the heading, for “magistrates’ courts in England and Wales” substitute “the family court”;

(b)

for “a magistrates’ court”, substitute “the family court”; and

(c)

in paragraph (a) omit “kept in accordance with rules made under section 144 of the Magistrates’ Courts Act 1980”.
