# The Family Procedure (Amendment No.3) Rules 2013, Rule 108: Amendments to the Family Procedure Rules 2010


In rule 34.6—
(a) for “a magistrates’ court” substitute “the family court under section 1 of the 1920 Act”; and
(b) omit “officer”.
