  "text": "In rule 34.7—\n(a) in the heading, for “Enforcement” substitute “Collection and enforcement”;\n(b) for paragraph (1) substitute—\n“This rule applies to—\n(a) an order made in a reciprocating county which is registered in the family court; and\n(b) a provisional order made in a reciprocating country which has been confirmed by the family court,\nwhere the court has ordered that payments due under the order be made to the court.”;\n(c) in paragraph (2)(a), omit “in the same way as for a magistrates’ court maintenance order”; and\n(d) at the end of paragraph (3) insert the following words in parentheses—\n“(Rule 32.33 makes provision in relation to a court officer taking such proceedings.)”.",
