Rule 111 Amendments to the Family Procedure Rules 2010

In rule 34.13, after paragraph (2) insert—

“(3)

Section 3 of this Chapter contains a rule in relation to notification of proceedings in a Hague Convention Country or the United States of America.

(4)

Section 4 of this Chapter contains rules in relation to proceedings under Part 2 of the 1972 Act (reciprocal enforcement of claims for the recovery of maintenance).”.
