  "text": "In rule 34.20, for paragraphs (3) to (5) substitute—\n“(3) The family court has power to take evidence where—\n(a) the request for evidence relates to a maintenance order—\n(i) made by the family court; or\n(ii) registered in the family court; or\n(b) the Lord Chancellor sends to the family court a request to take evidence.\n(Practice Direction 34E makes further provision on this matter)”.",
