# The Family Procedure (Amendment No.3) Rules 2013, Rule 128: Amendments to the Family Procedure Rules 2010


In rule 34.31, for paragraph (2) substitute—
“(2) The appeal must be to the family court.
(Practice Direction 34E makes provision in relation to such cases.)”.
