# The Family Procedure (Amendment No.3) Rules 2013, Rule 129: Amendments to the Family Procedure Rules 2010


In rule 34.32—
(a) in paragraph (1)—
(i) for “must” substitute “may”; and
(ii) for the words after “made” substitute “to the court, at such time and place as directed.”; and
(b) in paragraph (2), omit “officer” the first time it appears.
