Practice Direction 34E makes provision regarding—\n(a) an application for enforcement of a maintenance decision to which section 1 of Chapter IV of the Maintenance Regulation applies; and\n(b) an application by a debtor under Article 21 of the Maintenance Regulation for refusal or suspension of enforcement.”.",
