  "text": "In rule 9.10—\n(a) in paragraph (1)(f), before “a child” insert “subject to paragraph (1A),”; and\n(b) after paragraph (1) insert—\n“(1A) Where the application is—\n(a) for the variation of an order under section 2(1)(c), 6 or 7 of the 1978 Act or paragraph 2(1)(c) of, or Part 2 or 3 of, Schedule 6 to the 2004 Act for periodical payments in respect of a child;\n(b) the application is made by the child in question; and\n(c) the child in question is aged 16 or over,\nthe child does not require permission to make the application.”.",
