# The Family Procedure (Amendment No.3) Rules 2013, Rule 3: Amendments to the Family Procedure Rules 2010


For rule 2.1, substitute—
“Application of these Rules
2.1. Unless the context otherwise requires, these rules apply to family proceedings in—
(a) the High Court; and
(b) the family court.”.
