# The Family Procedure (Amendment No.3) Rules 2013, Rule 31: Amendments to the Family Procedure Rules 2010


In rule 9.22—
(a) in the heading, omit “in a magistrates’ court”;
(b) in paragraph (1)—
(i) omit “to a magistrates’ court”; and
(ii) after “or for” insert “the variation or”;
(c) omit paragraph (3); and
(d) omit the words in parentheses at the end of the rule.
