# The Family Procedure (Amendment No.3) Rules 2013, Rule 32: Amendments to the Family Procedure Rules 2010


In rule 9.23—
(a) in paragraph (1)—
(i) for “designated officer” substitute “court officer”; and
(ii) for “a county court” substitute “the family court”; and
(b) omit paragraph (2).
