In rule 10.11—

(a)

in the heading, omit “in a county court or the High Court”;

(b)

in the first set of words in parentheses at the end of the rule, for “a county court and the High Court” substitute “the court”; and

(c)

omit the second set of words in parentheses at the end of the rule.
