  "text": "In rule 32.2—\n(a) after the definition of “the clerk of the Court of Session” insert—\n““the clerk of the court which made the order” means, in the case of a county court in Northern Ireland, the Chief Clerk for the appropriate court in Northern Ireland;”;\n(b) omit the definition of “county court order”;\n(c) before the definition of “High Court order” insert—\n““family court order” means a maintenance order made in the family court;”;\n(d) for the definition of “Northern Irish order” substitute—\n““Northern Irish order” means a maintenance order made by a court in Northern Ireland;”; and\n(e) for the definition of “Scottish order” substitute—\n““Scottish order” means a maintenance order made by a court in Scotland.”.",
