Rule 92 Amendments to the Family Procedure Rules 2010

In rule 32.15—

(a)

in the heading, for “a magistrates’ court” substitute “the family court – procedure in the High Court”;

(b)

in paragraphs (2) and (3) for “magistrates’ court” each time those words appear substitute “family court”; and

(c)

in paragraph (3), after “the court officer” insert “of the High Court”.
