Rule 11 Amendments to the Family Procedure Rules 2010

After rule 9.19(2), insert—

“(2A)

Where the application is made under Article 56 of, and using the form in Annex VII to, the Maintenance Regulation the requirement of paragraph (2)(a) relating to verification by affidavit does not apply.”.
