In rule 34.32, in paragraph (1)—

(a)

after “section 5(3) of the 1982 Act”, for “or” substitute “,”;

(b)

after “Article 38 of the Lugano Convention” insert “or declared enforceable under Article 26 of the Maintenance Regulation by virtue of registration,”.
