# The Family Procedure (Amendment) Rules 2011, Rule 31: Amendments to the Family Procedure Rules 2010


In rule 34.35, in paragraph (3)—
(a) in sub-paragraph (c) omit “or”;
(b) after sub-paragraph (d) omit “.” and insert “; or”
(c) after sub-paragraph (d) insert—
“(e) Article 28 or 29 of the Maintenance Regulation.”.
