Rule 7 Amendments to the Family Procedure Rules 2010

In rule 9.3, after paragraph (2) insert—

“(3)

(a)

Where an application is made under Article 56 of, and using the form in Annex VII to, the Maintenance Regulation, references in this Part to “financial statement” apply to the applicant as if for the words “financial statement” were substituted “the form in Annex VII to the Maintenance Regulation”;

(b)

Sub-paragraph (a) does not apply where the relief sought includes relief which is of a type to which the Maintenance Regulation does not apply.”.
