# The Family Procedure (Amendment) Rules 2012, Rule 19: Amendments to the Family Procedure Rules 2010


In rule 9.36(5)—
(a) for “paragraph (1)” substitute “paragraph (4)”; and
(b) in sub-paragraphs (a)(i) and (b)(i) after “pension attachment order” insert “, or any order varying or discharging such an order,”.
