# The Family Procedure (Amendment) Rules 2012, Rule 28: Amendments to the Family Procedure Rules 2010


In rule 34.28A(1)—
(a) in sub-paragraph (b), for “.” substitute “;”;
(b) after sub-paragraph (b), insert—
“(c) “the 1968 Convention” has the meaning given in the 1982 Act.”; and
(c) in the words in parentheses at the end of the rule, after “Section 1” insert “of Chapter IV”.
