  "text": "In rule 7.6—\n(a) the existing paragraph shall stand as paragraph (1); and\n(b) after paragraph (1) insert—\n“(2) This rule applies to an application for—\n(a) a decree of divorce made under section 1 of the 1973 Act;\n(b) a decree of judicial separation made under section 17 of the 1973 Act;\n(c) a dissolution order as mentioned in section 37(1)(a) of the 2004 Act; or\n(d) a separation order as mentioned in section 37(1)(d) of the 2004 Act.”.",
