# The Family Procedure (Amendment) Rules 2015, Article 4: Amendments to the Family Procedure Rules 2010


In rule 7.1(3) (application and interpretation), in the definition of “defended case”, in sub-paragraph (c), for “rule 7.12(11) applies” substitute “rule 7.12(11A) applies, in light of paragraph (11) of that rule”.
