Article 5 Amendment of rule 33.25

For rule 33.25 (application of the CPR) substitute—

“Application for a charging order, stop order or stop notice

33.25.

Part 40 applies for the enforcement of a judgment or order made in family proceedings by way of a charging order, stop order or stop notice.”.
