# The Family Procedure (Amendment) Rules 2016, Article 7: Amendment of rule 37.35


In rule 37.35 (notice to give evidence before or after a fine is imposed under section 55 of the Act) in the heading and in paragraph (1) for “section 55 of the Act” substitute “section 31G of the 1984 Act”.
