Article 8 Insertion of new Parts 39 and 40
After rule 38.15 (application under Article 14(2)) insert—
(a)
new Part 39 (attachment of earnings) as set out in Schedule 1 to these Rules; and
(b)
new Part 40 (charging order, stop order, stop notice) as set out in Schedule 2 to these Rules.
