Rule 17 Amendment of Part 6
In rule 6.16 (deemed service by post or alternative service where no acknowledgment of service filed)—
(a)
in sub-paragraph (1)(a) after “by” insert “email in accordance with rule 6.7A or by”; and
(b)
omit paragraph (2).
