  "text": "(1) These Rules may be cited as the Family Procedure (Amendment) Rules 2024.\n(2) These Rules extend to England and Wales.\n(3) These Rules come into force as follows—\n(a) this rule, rule 2 and rule 10 come into force on 11th November 2024; and\n(b) rules 3 to 9 and rule 11 come into force on 13th January 2025.",
