# The Family Procedure (Amendment) Rules 2024, Rule 4: Amendment of rule 7.5(1)


In rule 7.5 (service of application), in paragraph (1), in the words in parenthesis, after “respondent” insert—
“, rule 6.23A specifies how service is to be effected on a person where there are reasonable grounds to believe that person is residing in a refuge”.
