Rule 1 Citation, extent and commencement

These Rules may be cited as the Family Procedure (Amendment) Rules 2025.

(2)

These Rules extend to England and Wales.

(3)

These Rules come into force as follows—

(a)

this rule and rules 2 and 3 come into force on 5th January 2026;

(b)

rule 5 comes into force on 2nd March 2026; and

(c)

rule 4 comes into force on 1st June 2026.
