# The Family Procedure (Amendment) Rules 2026, Rule 1: Citation, extent and commencement


(1) These Rules may be cited as the Family Procedure (Amendment) Rules 2026.
(2) These Rules extend to England and Wales.
(3) These Rules come into force on 20th July 2026.
