  "text": "In rule 25.2 (interpretation)—\n(a) after the definition of “expert” insert—\n““regulated expert” means an expert who is—\n(a) regulated by a UK statutory body;\n(b) on a register accredited by the Professional Standards Authority for Health and Social Care; or\n(c) regulated by an approved regulator under the Legal Services Act 2007;”;\n(b) after the definition of “single joint expert” insert—\n““technical expert” means an expert who provides evidence on—\n(a) digital forensics;\n(b) DNA testing;\n(c) handwriting analysis; or\n(d) toxicology testing.”.",
