  "text": "In this section—\n“the 1985 Act” means the Child Abduction and Custody Act 1985;\n“Central Authority” means, in relation to England and Wales, the Lord Chancellor;\n“Contracting State” has the meaning given in—\n(a)section 2 of the 1985 Act in relation to the 1980 Hague Convention; and\n(b)section 13 of the 1985 Act in relation to the European Convention; and\n“decision relating to custody” has the same meaning as in the European Convention.\n(“the 1980 Hague Convention” and the “the European Convention” are defined in rule 2.3)",
