  "text": "Where the party making an application under this section does not produce the documents referred to in Practice Direction 12F, the court may—\n(a) fix a time within which the documents are to be produced;\n(b) accept equivalent documents; or\n(c) dispense with production of the documents if the court considers it has sufficient information.",
