  "text": "(1) Unless directed otherwise, a notice which is required by these rules to be given to a person must be given—\n(a) in writing; and\n(b) in a manner in which service may be effected in accordance with Part 6.\n(2) Rule 6.33 applies to a notice which is required by these rules to be given to a child as it applies to a document which is to be served on a child.",
