  "heading": "Enforcement of judgments registered under rule 31.11",
  "text": "(1) Subject to paragraph (1A), the court will not enforce a judgment registered under rule 31.11 until after —\n(a) the expiration of any applicable period under rules 31.15 or 31.16; or\n(b) if that period has been extended by the court, the expiration of the period so extended.\n(1A) The court may enforce a judgment registered under rule 31.11 before the expiration of a period referred to in paragraph (1) where urgent enforcement of the judgment is necessary to secure the welfare of the child to whom the judgment relates.\n(2) A party applying to the court for the enforcement of a registered judgment must produce to the court a certificate of service of —\n(a) the notice of registration of the judgment; and\n(b) any order made by the court in relation to the judgment.\n(Service out of the jurisdiction ... is dealt with in chapter 4 of Part 6 and in Practice Direction 6B.)",
