  "text": "(1) This rule applies to any document, including a notice or request, which is required to be sent to a court in a reciprocating country by—\n(a) Part 1 of the 1972 Act; or\n(b) Section 1 of Chapter 2 of this Part of these rules.\n(2) The document must be sent to the Lord Chancellor for transmission to the court in the reciprocating country.",
