  "text": "(1) In this Chapter—\n“payer”, in relation to a maintenance order, means the person liable to make the payments for which the order provides; and\n“reciprocating country” means a country or territory to which the 1920 Act extends.\n(2) In this Chapter, an expression defined in the 1920 Act has the meaning given to it in that Act.",
