  "text": "(1) An order under section 14(1) of the 1971 Act must—\n(a) be endorsed with or incorporate a notice warning the person to whom it is directed of the consequences of disobeying the order; and\n(b) be served on that person personally.\n(2) Rule 37.35 applies, with the necessary modifications in relation to any penalty for failure to comply with an order under section 14(1) of the 1971 Act as it applies in relation to a fine under section 31G of the 1984 Act.",
