  "text": "(1) Rule 3A.4 does not apply to a party who is a child.\n(2) Rules 3A.3 to 3A.5 do not apply to a party who is a protected party.\n(3) Rules 3A.3 to 3A.5 do not apply to a party or witness who—\n(a) falls within the assumption set out at rule 3A.2A(1); and\n(b) has not made a request of a kind referred to in rule 3A.2A(2).",
