  "text": "(1) This rule applies to the service of an application form commencing proceedings other than an application for a matrimonial or civil partnership order.\n(2) An application form commencing proceedings which would otherwise be served on a child or protected party must be served—\n(a) where the respondent is a child, in accordance with rule 6.14(1); and\n(b) where the respondent is a protected party, in accordance with rule 6.14(2).",
