  "text": "(1) This Chapter contains rules about—\n(a) service of application forms and other documents out of the jurisdiction; and\n(b) the procedure for service.\n(“Jurisdiction” is defined in rule 2.3.)\n(2) In this Chapter—\n“application form” includes an application notice;\n“Commonwealth State” means a State listed in Schedule 3 to the British Nationality Act 1981 ; and\n“the Hague Convention” means the Convention on the service abroad of judicial and extra-judicial documents in civil or commercial matters signed at the Hague on November 15, 1965.",
