  "text": "(1) This Chapter applies—\n(a) where an application for a financial remedy has been made; and\n(b) the applicant or respondent is, the party with compensation rights.\n(2) In this Chapter “party with compensation rights” —\n(a) in proceedings under the 1973 Act and the 1984 Act, has the meaning given to it by section 25G(5) of the 1973 Act;\n(b) in proceedings under the 2004 Act, has the meaning given to “civil partner with compensation rights” by paragraph 37(1) of Schedule 5 to the 2004 Act .",
