Article 6 Miscellaneous amendments
The definition of “proper officer” in Rule 1.2(1)f1 shall be amended
(a)
by substituting, for the words “chief clerk of the family proceedings department”, the words “family proceedings department manager”;
(b)
by substituting, for the words “chief clerk”, the words “court manager”.
