# The Family Proceedings (Amendment No. 2) Rules 1997, Article 7: Miscellaneous amendments


Rules 3.13(4) and 7.7(2) shall be amended by substituting, for the words “chief clerk of the family proceedings department”, the words “family proceedings department manager”.
