  "text": "(1) Rule 2.62(1), (3), (5) and (6) shall be omitted.\n(2) In rule 2.62(4):\n(a) for “discovery and production” there shall be substituted “disclosure and inspection”; and\n(b) for “affidavits” there shall be substituted “statements”.\n(3) After rule 2.62(4), there shall be inserted:\n“(4A) A statement filed under paragraph (4) shall be sworn to be true.”.\n(4) In rule 2.62(7):\n(a) for “(a ‘production appointment’)” there shall be substituted “(an ‘inspection appointment’)”; and\n(b) for the second occurrence of “production” there shall be substituted “inspection”.\n(5) In rule 2.62(8), for “a production” there shall be substituted “an inspection”.\n(6) In rule 2.62(9), for “a production” there shall be substituted “an inspection”.",
