  "text": "(1) In rule 2.45(1) for “Form M12” there shall be substituted “Form B”.\n(2) Rule 2.45(2) and (3) shall be omitted.\n(3) In rule 2.45(5):\n(a) the words “the proper officer shall fix an appointment for the hearing; and” shall be omitted;\n(b) for “rules 2.62(3) to (7)” there shall be substituted “rules 2.51B to 2.70”; and\n(c) after “application for ancillary relief” there shall be inserted “and, unless the context otherwise requires, those rules shall be read as if all references to Form A were references to Form B”.",
