  "text": "(1) These Rules may be cited as the Family Proceedings (Amendment) (No.2) Rules 2006 and shall come into force on 21st August 2006.\n(2) In these Rules, a reference to a rule by number alone is a reference to the rule so numbered in the Family Proceedings Rules 1991 (“the 1991 Rules”).",
