# The Family Proceedings (Amendment) (No. 2) Rules 2006, Article 5: Amendments to the 1991 Rules


In rule 2.61B(3),
(a) at the end of sub-paragraph (b) omit “and”; and
(b) after sub-paragraph (c), insert—
“; and
(d) any notification or other document referred to in paragraphs (2), (4) or (5) of rule 2.70A which has been received by the party producing the form.”.
